Our formulas are handcrafted in small batches without any toxic additives, using only pure, organic, wildcrafted, ethically sourced ingredients of the highest quality.
SUSTAINABILITY
Being located in one of the most isolated places on the planet, we are super resourceful with special respect for our ‘aina.
Oshan is located on the north shore of Maui. We own a 7 acre farm on which we built our facility on. It is 100% sustainable, we use the sun for power and the rain for water, Making the manufacturing process completely carbon neutral.
We have several botanicals growing on site: Papayas, Bananas, ‘ŌLENA (turmeric), GInger, Guavas, coconuts and Passion fruit. We are continually removing invasive speicies and replanting endemic vegetation.
For our bottles and jars we always use glass , which is infinitely recyclable and reusable.
We will never purchase bubble wrap, and use paper filling for fillers. Our retail boxes are composed of 50% post-consumer waste. Our shipping boxes and packing material are made from 100% recycled post-consumer content. Please recycle them.
