Orders are processed within 1-5 business days. We ship from Maui, Hawaii, Monday through Friday. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves us.

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3-7 business days after dispatch. Hawai'i orders usually deliver next day. We do not currently offer expedited shipping. Orders of $150 or more ship free within the United States.

We ship to every US state and territory. For an order outside the US, email aloha@oshanessentials.com and we will see if we can send it.

We hope you love your OSHAN ritual. We recommend allowing a few weeks to experience the full benefits of your OSHAN formulas. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at aloha@oshanessentials.com within 14 days of delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products cannot be resold and are not eligible for return, except in exceptional circumstances. If you have questions about ingredients, sensitivities, or how to use a product, please contact our team before purchasing. We are happy to help you choose the right formula.

Sample sizes are available for every product, giving you the opportunity to explore a formula before purchasing the full size.

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, return the original item and place a new order.

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
