Refund policy

We hope you love your OSHAN ritual. We recommend allowing a few weeks to experience the full benefits of your OSHAN formulas. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at aloha@oshanessentials.com  within 14 days of delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products cannot be resold and are not eligible for return, except in exceptional circumstances or where required by law. If you have questions about ingredients, sensitivities, or how to use a product, please contact our team before purchasing. We are happy to help you choose the right formula. Sample sizes are available for every product, giving you the opportunity to explore a formula before purchasing the full size.

Please contact us before sending anything back, and include your order number. We will send return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Approved returns must be unopened and in their original packaging.

Customers pay for return shipping unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we refund the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank may take longer to show it.

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, return the original item and place a new order.
