Massage KAHAKAI over dry skin to loosen sunscreen, makeup and the residue of a day outside. Add water to turn the oil milky, then rinse it away. Use it as the first step of an evening cleanse or on its own.

Start dry. Water comes last.

  • Massage a pump over a dry face and closed eyes for 30 seconds
  • Add a little water and keep massaging until it turns milky
  • Rinse with lukewarm water and press dry
  • Follow with ʻELE if you want a second cleanse
  • JOJOBA. Chemically a liquid wax, close to human sebum. That is why it dissolves the day's buildup on contact.
  • RICE BRAN OIL. Cold-pressed, rich in oryzanol. Light enough to rinse away completely.
  • AVOCADO OIL. Green, thick, and full of fatty acids. It keeps skin soft through the cleanse.
  • BLUE TANSY. Deep blue from chamazulene. It calms skin that goes red easily after washing.
